As we draw nearer to the end of 2020 it is important to rest, pause and reflect on the difficult year we have been through, and then consider how we want to approach what lies ahead. How are we feeling? What do we want to change in 2021? Who or what can help us along the way and support our wellbeing?

Some interesting ideas for wellbeing activities have been sent to the TVWellNet survey; I will keep it open over the break, as I know that many staff have not had time to submit their ideas:

It only takes 3 minutes, but you can also email if that is easier. Your feedback and ideas are vital to shaping the network activities, so do get in touch.

We wish all health and care staff and students a peaceful and cosy festive season, and a good start to the new year.
